I received these flowers from my son's CYO basketball team as a thank you for doing team pictures. It was a fun assignment, and I really enjoyed getting to watch the entire team progress this season. Great job, guys.

Our weather forecasters are getting so clever. First we had snowmageddon, and this week it was a snowicane. We are all ready to move onto a springathon. These two decided some wishful thinking was in order, flip flops and all.

Josh has been working on speeding up his keyboarding skills. When I saw him online during homework time today, he explained that what looked like a game was actually a typing tutor.  Rachel was having difficulty with a math concept, and she simply "you-tubed" it, and got a complete demonstration. It always amazes me how computer literate my kids are.

With the kids home for most of the past two weeks (between snow days and president's day weekend), I have fallen off of blogging. Rachel was happy to do model duty in exchange for a facebook file.

We were spared from the predicted 6 to 8 inches, but it still flurried most of the day, and made for beautiful, snow encrusted trees. Really, though, we have had our fair share this winter. Next season, please.
