Rachel and I made a special trip to Whole Foods to pick up some wild caught salmon for dinner (it's getting very difficult to find). A couple of weeks ago we had roasted brussel sprouts, and even though our family is not typically crazy about vegetables, we polished off a huge tray. When we went to look for some more today, these were the only ones we could find. Rachel found them, and we both got a good chuckle over what they actually look like. I guess we never really gave much thought to how they are grown, but would not have guessed they looked like this...
