Josh has been working on his science fair project for two weekends now, and we can finally cross it off the to-do list. The project was a "lemon bottle rocket," which worked really well, but is hard to actually capture the moment the cork flies off the bottle. To document the carbon dioxide that is formed from the baking soda and vinegar, we decided to try a balloon. Success!
